In a report issued on Tuesday afternoon SAPS stated that the investigating officer, assisted by detectives from the Western Cape Organised Crime Unit based in George and Crime Intelligence have arrested three suspects ( two aged 14, and one 17) in connection with the attack and robbery. An eighty year old resident of Kingfisher Drive was viciously attacked in her home in the early hours of Monday morning, sustaining multiple stab and slash wounds, one of which punctured her lung.
The lady is said to be in a very serious but stable condition at the Knysna Private Hospital, after surgeons operated on her wounds on Monday afternoon.
